Eerik Entsik

Attorney at law Eerik Entsik is the founder of the firm. He has practised law since 1996.

 

Eerik has extensive experience in advising clients in corporate law matters from set-up of companies to share and asset deals, restructuring, sell-outs, management and shareholder disputes, liquidation and insolvency cases. He is also active in M&A.

 

Eerik is also a highly valued real estate law professional. He has advised numerous major development projects and investors on sales and acquisitions of all types of commercial real estate, sale-leasebacks, portfolio transactions, financing, property related disputes and day-to-day issues of property investors.
